This information guide is designed to introduce you to the wide range of services offered at our hotel and to provide you with important practical details. We hope it helps make your stay in Harkány a pleasant and relaxing experience.

Our bed linens are made from high-quality materials. They are changed every three days without request. Additional linen changes or extra room cleaning may be subject to an extra charge.

Smoking is only permitted in designated areas: in front of the main entrance and in marked areas of the park. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the hotel and its facilities by law. A cleaning fee will be charged for smoking in the rooms

Please vacate your room by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. If you wish to stay longer, please inquire at the reception about availability. Late check-out is available for an extra fee, depending on room availability.

Please inform our restaurant staff of any food allergies. While some of our dishes are made with allergen-free ingredients, they are not prepared in a separate kitchen or with separate utensils. In cases of severe allergies, please be aware that cross-contamination may occur.

Our restaurant offers a selection of traditional and modern dishes, local specialties, light and vegetarian meals, and wines from the Villány wine region. Please note that bringing your own food and drinks into the restaurant is not allowed.
If you follow a specific diet or have food intolerances, please inform us before your arrival.
If a room or apartment is left in an unusually dirty condition or if extensive cleaning beyond the daily service is required, an extra cleaning fee may be charged. This fee ranges from HUF 15,000 to HUF 25,000 depending on the level of contamination.

Located behind the wellness area, accessible from the first-floor corridor. It is available during wellness opening hours.
We accept cash, credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, Maestro), and SZÉP cards (OTP, K&H, MBH).
A bathrobe is provided in your room free of charge. If you need a different size, please inform housekeeping or the reception.
If you request a bathrobe change within 5 days, a laundry fee of HUF 3,000 will be charged.
Children under the age of 2 are required to wear swim diapers in the pool.
Use of the steam bath is included in the room rate.
We offer various indoor entertainment options for children.
Use of the thermal pools is not included in the room rate. You can find more information about the healing effects of the Harkány thermal water at www.harkanyfurdo.hu or ask our wellness receptionists. Entry cards for the thermal pools can be purchased at the wellness reception.

A natural and gentle way to pamper your feet. The treatment has stress-relieving and relaxing effects as the fish stimulate acupuncture points and improve circulation. For more information, ask at the wellness reception.
A cleaning surcharge of HUF 6,000 per pet per night applies. Pets are not allowed in the restaurant or wellness areas.
For early departures before 7:00 a.m., we provide a cold breakfast package instead of the buffet breakfast. Please request this at the reception by 18:00 on the day before departure.
A refreshing treatment with numerous beneficial effects. It relieves tired legs and noticeably improves endurance after just a few sessions.
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel, including guest rooms and public areas.
Operated by tokens, which can be purchased from the change machine next to the arcade.
Bikes are available to rent at the reception for HUF 1,500 per hour. Reception staff can provide information about local bike routes.

Appointments for massages can be made at the wellness reception
The minibar in your room is restocked daily. Consumption will be charged to your room account and settled upon check-out. If missed, we reserve the right to invoice afterward. A minibar price list is available in the room.
Laundry and ironing services are available on weekdays from 9:00 a.m. Clothes should be placed in the laundry bag provided and handed to housekeeping. Returned within 24 hours for a fee. Price list available in the room.
Suitable for tennis, football, handball, and badminton. The court is high-quality, joint-friendly, and regulation size. Reservations can be made at the reception. Smoking is strictly prohibited within the fenced area.

Our paraffin therapy relaxes muscles, relieves spasms and tension, alleviates chronic pain, and promotes tissue healing and nutrient supply. It also has calming and immune-boosting properties. The treatment utilizes paraffin’s heat conductivity and low melting point. For more information, please ask at the wellness reception.
Parking is available for hotel guests at a rate of HUF 1,500 per vehicle per day. The gate opens automatically upon exit. Please make sure to register your vehicle’s license plate number at the reception. In case of an open door, lowered window, or other irregularity, we can only notify you if your license plate number has been provided.
We offer a selection of different pillow types to enhance your comfort. You may choose from the following upon request:
- Memory Aloe Vera Classic Pillow (50x30x10/7 cm)
- Memory Anti-Allergenic Pillow (50x70 cm, 1000g)
- Synthetic Large Bolster Pillow (22x70 cm, 500g)
- Feather Half-Pillow (50x70 cm, 900g)
Please only occupy lounge chairs while you are actively using them. Our wellness staff may free up chairs that have been left unused for a long time, so other guests may enjoy them.
Breakfast is included in the room rate and is served in the hotel restaurant until 10:00 on weekdays and until 10:30 on weekends and public holidays. Room service breakfast is available for an additional fee of HUF 4,000 per service.
Sports equipment such as bicycles and tennis rackets are available for rent for a fee. Please inquire at the reception.

Daily cleaning takes place between 9:00 and 16:00. If you do not wish to be disturbed, please use the “Do Not Disturb” sign on your door handle. For extra cleaning services, please notify the reception.

Lost items are stored for 30 days. Upon request, we can send them to your provided address for the cost of postage.

You can call other rooms and some internal extensions from your room phone.
To call another room: Pick up the handset and dial the room number.

Our digital game tables, located in the children’s playroom, offer fun for the whole family.
Available upon request. Please notify the reception or room service if you would like fresh towels. During daily housekeeping, any towels placed on the bathroom floor will be replaced automatically.
The hotel is equipped with smoke detectors and fire extinguishers on every floor. In case of fire, a siren will sound to alert guests. Please follow the emergency exit plan displayed on the inside of your room door to reach the nearest exit. Do not use elevators in case of fire.

Access to the swimming pool, saunas, and steam room is included in the room rate. Detailed information about additional wellness services available for a fee can be requested at the wellness reception.

It is prohibited to bring flammable or explosive materials (e.g., propane gas tanks) into the hotel premises.
Hallways and exit routes must always remain clear and unobstructed.
Rooms and furnishings must only be used for their intended purposes.
The use of personal electric heating devices (e.g., space heaters, hot plates, coffee makers, irons) is prohibited.
Do not place or discard lit cigarettes or matches in locations where they may cause fire.
Before leaving your room, always ensure no potential fire hazards (e.g., lit cigarette, plugged-in appliance) remain inside.
Emergency escape routes are displayed on the inside of your room door. Follow the red arrow to the nearest emergency exit in case of fire. Use of the elevator is prohibited during a fire.
