Turkish Bath - Hamam
- Hamam means: radiating heat
- The first baths were established in the time of the ancient Greeks and Romans for the purpose of relaxation, refreshment and health preservation. The Turkish bath is unique and special, offering a specific detoxification and renewal opportunity. This place is treated as a privileged institution in Eastern culture, as its role is important in ritual purity. The Hamam is the Eastern version of the dry and wet steam bath, which is associated with special treatments and massages.

Steam cabin
- Its effect is similar to that of a sauna, it helps to refresh and relax. Thanks to its lower temperature and 100% humidity, it reduces the symptoms of asthma and upper respiratory diseases. The warm steam dilates and cleanses the pores, filling tired skin with moisture, thus contributing to the preservation of our health.
- Temperature: approx. 40-50 °C.

Infrared sauna
- The advantage of an infrared sauna is that due to its low temperature, it can also be used by those who cannot tolerate traditional saunas with very high temperatures. It penetrates deep under our skin, releasing accumulated toxins. Near infrared radiation stimulates the circulatory system, delivering more oxygen to the cells. Muscle regeneration is faster, the immune system is strengthened and it has an extremely good effect on the skin. An infrared sauna can have a calming effect on the nervous system, reducing stress and improving general well-being.
- Temperature: approx. 40-65 °C.
